Power Skating
Is designed to help hockey and ringette players become faster, stronger, and more confident on the ice. Skaters focus on improving their stride, speed, balance, agility, edge control, and overall skating technique through fun, high-energy drills. This program helps athletes build the strong skating foundation needed to excel in their sport.

PreSTAR
PreSTAR is the next step after CanSkate for skaters who are interested in figure skating. Skaters continue to develop their fundamental skating skills while being introduced to jumps, spins, and other figure skating elements in a fun and supportive environment.

Junior STAR
Junior STAR is designed for skaters who have mastered the basics and are ready to further develop their figure skating skills. Skaters continue to build confidence while learning more advanced jumps, spins, skating skills, and performance techniques.

STARSkate
STARSkate is for skaters who want to continue developing their figure-skating skills. Skaters work on jumps, spins, dance, skating skills, and performance, with opportunities to participate in assessments, competitions, and club events.
