The liaison between the parents, coaches and the club executive 

• Act as a min point of contact between parents of designated group and the club executive 

• Share important announcements with the parents or any updates through the season

• Address questions, concerns and feedback from parents in a timely and professional manner

• Inform and encourage parents about ways they can help with events, fundraiser or club activities

• Collect input from parents to help improve programs and report to the executive 

• Help new families understand club expectations, rules and routines for group programs
