Coordinates club test days and support for skaters, families and coaches with information required for testing and competitions in accordance with Skate Canada guidelines.  

Test/Assessments

• Organize and coordinate club test days in accordance with Skate Canada guidelines

• Register skaters for tests and assessments

• Make sure all necessary paperwork and documents are filled out and sent in promptly

• Coordinate with coaches to determine skater readiness for testing

• Arrange for judges, evaluations and officials for test days when needed

• Coordinate ice time and schedules for test sessions if hosting

• Collaborate with surrounding club on test days available through the season

• Maintains records or tests passed and update club executive at the end of season of achievements

Competitions

• Distributes competition details registration deadlines and requirements as they arise
