Manages the clubs’ finances, including budgeting, tracking income and expenses, processing payments and providing regular financial reports to the support financial management of the club.

• Oversees financial operations of the club

• Maintains accurate record of all income and expenses

• Managers the club’s bank accounts

• Prepares the annual budget in collaboration with the executive

• Process payments for ice time, coaching fees and other club’s expenses

• Deposits any income ensuring proper account

• Provides regular financial reports to the executive at meetings

• Ensures club follows financial policies and best practices

• Works closely with registration chair to track registration payments

• Supports the executive with financial information for events, programs and fundraising activities
